Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to our facility within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days has passed, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
J.Veil withholds the right to only provide partial refunds (if applicable) if the item is not in its original condition due to damage or use.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

J.Veil is not responsible for customs, duties or tax fees incurred on international deliveries.
Every order is shipped from our warehouse location in London, Ontario, Canada, and will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. A fulfilment e-mail will be sent out when this has been completed. A second e-mail will be sent out when the item has been shipped.
